1. Agreement to Terms
By installing, downloading, registering for, or using the SalesLiger mobile application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
SalesLiger provides field service management software, dynamic route optimization, pool chemistry logs, equipment inspection records, and invoicing tools for commercial operations, field technicians, and homeowners. Certain features require active internet access, while offline caching enables continuous operations in low-connectivity environments.
3. User Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breaches at

4. Field Service Operations & Location Tracking
The SalesLiger platform facilitates field operations by processing technician location data:
- Technicians: While on duty or executing an assigned service route, the app tracks GPS location to provide navigation, verify stop arrival, and compute customer arrival ETAs.
- Customers: Service addresses, gate codes, and property instructions are used strictly to deliver scheduled field maintenance.
5. Invoicing, Payments & Stripe Processing
Payments for service subscriptions, repairs, and recurring maintenance are securely processed viaStripe, Inc. By providing payment details, you authorize our PCI-compliant payment gateway to charge the specified amounts according to your service contract or invoice terms. Invoices are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
6. User-Uploaded Photos and Content
Technicians and customers may capture photos of equipment, pool chemistry readings, and job sites. You grant buildingit LLC a non-exclusive license to store and transmit these images strictly to fulfill service records, generate customer reports, and support platform operation.
7. Account Deletion & Data Rights
Users may terminate their account or request full data erasure at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our dedicated Account Deletion Portal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, buildingit LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
